Do Muttaqi (Allah Conscious / Allah Fearing / Righteous people) take guidance from the Book of Allah i.e Quran?

کیا متقی (اللہ سے محتاط یا اللہ کا خوف رکھنے والے یا پرھیزگار لوگ) اللہ کی کتاب یعنی قرآن سے ہدایت لیتے ہیں؟
