Surah Al-Baqarah: 2 - Ayah: 151
Arabic
كَمَآ اَرۡسَلۡنَا فِيۡکُمۡ رَسُوۡلًا مِّنۡکُمۡ يَتۡلُوۡا عَلَيۡكُمۡ اٰيٰتِنَا وَيُزَكِّيۡکُمۡ وَيُعَلِّمُکُمُ الۡكِتٰبَ وَالۡحِکۡمَةَ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمۡ مَّا لَمۡ تَكُوۡنُوۡا تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ ؕۛ
English
Just as when We sent among you a Messenger of yourselves, who recites to you Our Signs, purifies your lives, instructs you in the Book and in Wisdom, and instructs you what you did not know.
Urdu
Jis tarah (tumhein is cheez se falaah naseeb hui ke) maine tumhare darmiyaan khud tum mein se ek Rasool bheja jo tumhein meri ayaat sunata hai, tumhari zindagiyon ko sanwaarta hai, tumhein kitab aur hikmat ki taleem deta hai aur tumhein woh baatein sikhata hai jo tum na jaante thay
Surah Al-Baqarah: 2 - Ayah: 213
Arabic
كَانَ النَّاسُ اُمَّةً وَّاحِدَةً فَبَعَثَ اللّٰهُ النَّبِيّٖنَ مُبَشِّرِيۡنَ وَمُنۡذِرِيۡنَ وَاَنۡزَلَ مَعَهُمُ الۡكِتٰبَ بِالۡحَـقِّ لِيَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَ النَّاسِ فِيۡمَا اخۡتَلَفُوۡا فِيۡهِ ؕ وَمَا اخۡتَلَفَ فِيۡهِ اِلَّا الَّذِيۡنَ اُوۡتُوۡهُ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ مَا جَآءَتۡهُمُ الۡبَيِّنٰتُ بَغۡيًا ۢ بَيۡنَهُمۡۚ فَهَدَى اللّٰهُ الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لِمَا اخۡتَلَفُوۡا فِيۡهِ مِنَ الۡحَـقِّ بِاِذۡنِهٖ ؕ وَاللّٰهُ يَهۡدِىۡ مَنۡ يَّشَآءُ اِلٰى صِرَاطٍ مُّسۡتَقِيۡمٍ
English
In the beginning mankind followed one single way. (Later on this state ended and differences arose.) Then Allah sent forth Prophets as heralds of good tidings for the righteous and as warners against the consequences of evil-doing. He sent down with them the Book embodying the Truth so that it might judge among people in their disputes. And those who innovated divergent ways rather than follow the Truth were none other than those who had received the knowledge of the Truth and clear guidance; and they did so to commit excesses against each other. So by His leave Allah directed the believers to the Right Way in matters on which they disagreed. Allah guides whomsoever He wills onto a Straight Way.

Ibtida mein sab log ek hi tareeqe par thay (phir yeh haalat baqi na rahi aur ikhtilafaat runuma huey) tab Allah ne Nabi bheje jo raast rawi par basharat dene waley aur kajhrawi ke nataij se darane waley thay, aur unke saath kitab e bar haqq nazil ki taa-ke haqq ke barey mein logon ke darmiyan jo ikhtilafaat runuma ho gaye thay unka faisla karey. (Aur in ikhtilafaat ke runuma honay ki wajah yeh na thi ke ibtidaa mein logon ko haqq bataya nahin gaya tha, nahin) ikhtilaf un logon ne kiya jinhein haqq ka ilm diya (ja) chuka tha, unhon ne roshan hidayaat paa lene ke baad mehaz isliye haqq ko chodh kar mukhtalif tareeqe nikale ke woh aapas mein zyadati karna chahte thay, pas jo log ambiya par iman le aaye unhein Allah ne apne izan se us haqq ka raasta dikha diya jismein logon ne ikhtilaf kiya tha, Allah jisey chahta hai raah e raast dikha deta hai
Surah An-Nisa: 4 - Ayah: 105
Arabic
اِنَّاۤ اَنۡزَلۡنَاۤ اِلَيۡكَ الۡكِتٰبَ بِالۡحَـقِّ لِتَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَ النَّاسِ بِمَاۤ اَرٰٮكَ اللّٰهُ ؕ وَلَا تَكُنۡ لِّـلۡخَآٮِٕنِيۡنَ خَصِيۡمًا ۙ
English
(O Messenger!) We have revealed to you this Book with the Truth so that you may judge between people in accordance with what Allah has shown you. So do not dispute on behalf of the dishonest,
Urdu
(Aey Nabi)! Humne yeh kitab haqq ke saath tumhari taraf nazil ki hai taa-ke jo raah e raast Allah ne tumhein dikhayi hai uske mutabiq logon ke darmiyan faisla karo. Tum bad-dayanat(dishonest) logon ki taraf se jhagadne waley na bano
Surah Al-Ma'idah: 5 - Ayah: 15
Arabic
يٰۤـاَهۡلَ الۡكِتٰبِ قَدۡ جَآءَكُمۡ رَسُوۡلُـنَا يُبَيِّنُ لَـكُمۡ كَثِيۡرًا مِّمَّا كُنۡتُمۡ تُخۡفُوۡنَ مِنَ الۡكِتٰبِ وَيَعۡفُوۡا عَنۡ كَثِيۡرٍ ؕ قَدۡ جَآءَكُمۡ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ نُوۡرٌ وَّكِتٰبٌ مُّبِيۡنٌ ۙ
English
People of the Book! Now Our Messenger has come to you: he makes clear to you a good many things of the Book which you were wont to conceal, and also passes over many things. There has now come to you a light from Allah, and a clear Book.
Urdu
Aey ehle kitaab! Hamara Rasool tumhare paas aa gaya hai jo kitab e ilahi ki bahut si un baaton ko tumhare saamne khol raha hai jinpar tum purda dala karte thay, aur bahut si baaton se darguzar bhi kar jata hai. Tumhare paas Allah ki taraf se roshni aa gayi hai aur ek aisi haqq numa kitab
Surah Al-Ma'idah: 5 - Ayah: 67
Arabic
يٰۤـاَيُّهَا الرَّسُوۡلُ بَلِّغۡ مَاۤ اُنۡزِلَ اِلَيۡكَ مِنۡ رَّبِّكَ ؕ وَاِنۡ لَّمۡ تَفۡعَلۡ فَمَا بَلَّغۡتَ رِسٰلَـتَهٗ ؕ وَاللّٰهُ يَعۡصِمُكَ مِنَ النَّاسِ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يَهۡدِى الۡقَوۡمَ الۡـكٰفِرِيۡنَ
English
O Messenger! Deliver what has been revealed to you from your Lord, for if you fail to do that, you have not fulfilled the task of His messengership. Allah will certainly protect you from the evil of men. Surely Allah will not guide the unbelievers (to succeed against you).
Urdu
Aey Paigambar! Jo kuch tumhare Rubb ki taraf se tumpar nazil kiya gaya hai woh logon tak pahuncha do , agar tumne aisa na kiya to uski paigambari ka haqq ada na kiya. Allah tumko logon ke sharr se bachaane wala hai. Yaqeen rakkho ke woh kafiron ko (tumhare muqable mein) kamiyabi ki raah hargiz na dikhayega
Surah Al-An'am: 6 - Ayah: 19
Arabic
قُلۡ اَىُّ شَىۡءٍ اَكۡبَرُ شَهَادَةً ؕ قُلِ اللّٰهُ ۙ شَهِيۡدٌ ۢ بَيۡنِىۡ وَبَيۡنَكُمۡ وَاُوۡحِىَ اِلَىَّ هٰذَا الۡـقُرۡاٰنُ لِاُنۡذِرَكُمۡ بِهٖ وَمَنۡۢ بَلَغَ ؕ اَٮِٕنَّكُمۡ لَـتَشۡهَدُوۡنَ اَنَّ مَعَ اللّٰهِ اٰلِهَةً اُخۡرٰىؕ قُلْ لَّاۤ اَشۡهَدُ ۚ قُلۡ اِنَّمَا هُوَ اِلٰـهٌ وَّاحِدٌ وَّاِنَّنِىۡ بَرِىۡٓءٌ مِّمَّا تُشۡرِكُوۡنَۘ
English
Ask them: 'Whose testimony is the greatest?' Say: 'Allah is the witness between me and you; and this Qur'an was revealed to me that I should warn you thereby and also whomsoever it may reach.' Do you indeed testify that there are other gods with Allah? Say: 'I shall never testify such a thing.' Say: 'He is the One God and I am altogether averse to all that you associate with Him in His divinity.'
Urdu
Inse pucho, kiski gawahi sabse badhkar hai? Kaho, mere aur tumhare darmiyan Allah gawah hai, aur yeh Quran meri taraf bazariye wahee bheja gaya hai taa-ke tumhein aur jis jis ko yeh pahunchey, sabko mutanabbey(warn) kardoon. Kya waqayi tum log yeh shahadat de sakte ho ke Allah ke saath dusre khuda bhi hain? Kaho, main to iski shahadat hargiz nahin de sakta. Kaho, khuda to wahi ek hai aur main us shirk se qatai bezar hoon jismein tum mubtala ho
Surah Al-An'am: 6 - Ayah: 89
Arabic
اُولٰٓٮِٕكَ الَّذِيۡنَ اٰتَيۡنٰهُمُ الۡـكِتٰبَ وَالۡحُكۡمَ وَالنُّبُوَّةَ ؕ فَاِنۡ يَّكۡفُرۡ بِهَا هٰٓؤُلَۤاءِ فَقَدۡ وَكَّلۡنَا بِهَا قَوۡمًا لَّيۡسُوۡا بِهَا بِكٰفِرِيۡنَ
English
Those are the ones to whom We gave the Book, and judgement and prophethood. And if they refuse to believe in it now, We will bestow this favour on a people who do believe in it.
Urdu
Woh log thay jinko humne kitab aur hukum aur nabuwat ata ki thi. Ab agar yeh log isko maanne se inkar karte hain to (parwa nahin) humne kuch aur logon ko yeh niyamat somp di hai jo issey munkir nahin hain
Surah Al-An'am: 6 - Ayah: 90
Arabic
اُولٰٓٮِٕكَ الَّذِيۡنَ هَدَى اللّٰهُ فَبِهُدٰٮهُمُ اقۡتَدِهۡ ؕ قُلْ لَّاۤ اَسۡــَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ اَجۡرًا ؕ اِنۡ هُوَ اِلَّا ذِكۡرٰى لِلۡعٰلَمِيۡنَ
English
(O Muhammad!) Those are the ones Allah guided to the right way. Follow, then, their way, and say: 'I ask of you no reward (for carrying on this mission); it is merely an admonition to all mankind.'
Urdu
(Aey Muhammad)! wahi log Allah ki taraf se hidayat-yafta thay, unhi ke raaste par tum chalo, aur kehdo ke main (is tableeg o hidayat ke) kaam par tumse kisi ajar ka taalib nahin hoon. Yeh to ek aam naseehat hai tamaam duniya walon ke liye
Surah Al-An'am: 6 - Ayah: 130
Arabic
يٰمَعۡشَرَ الۡجِنِّ وَالۡاِنۡسِ اَلَمۡ يَاۡتِكُمۡ رُسُلٌ مِّنۡكُمۡ يَقُصُّوۡنَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ اٰيٰتِىۡ وَيُنۡذِرُوۡنَكُمۡ لِقَآءَ يَوۡمِكُمۡ هٰذَا ؕ قَالُوۡا شَهِدۡنَا عَلٰٓى اَنۡفُسِنَا وَغَرَّتۡهُمُ الۡحَيٰوةُ الدُّنۡيَا وَشَهِدُوۡا عَلٰٓى اَنۡفُسِهِمۡ اَنَّهُمۡ كَانُوۡا كٰفِرِيۡنَ
English
(Then Allah will also ask them): 'O assembly of jinn and men! Did there not come to y ou Messengers from among yourselves, relating to you My signs, and warning you of the encounter of this your Day (of Judgement)?' They will say: 'Yes, we bear witness against ourselves.' They have been deluded by the life of this world, and they will bear witness against themselves that they had disbelieved.
Urdu
(Is mauqe par Allah unse puchega ke) “Aey giroh e Jinn o Ins, kya tumhare paas khud tumhi mein se woh paigambar nahi aaye thay jo tumko meri aayat sunate aur is din ke anjaam se darate thay?” Woh kahenge “haan, hum apne khilaf khud gawahi dete hain”. Aaj duniya ki zindagi ne in logon ko dhoke mein daal raakha hai, magar us waqt woh khud apne khilaf gawahi denge ke woh kafir thay
Surah Al-A'raf: 7 - Ayah: 35
Arabic
يٰبَنِىۡۤ اٰدَمَ اِمَّا يَاۡتِيَنَّكُمۡ رُسُلٌ مِّنۡكُمۡ يَقُصُّوۡنَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ اٰيٰتِىۡۙ فَمَنِ اتَّقٰى وَاَصۡلَحَ فَلَا خَوۡفٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَلَا هُمۡ يَحۡزَنُوۡنَ
English
Children of Adam! If Messengers come to you from amongst yourselves who rehearse to you My signs, then those who shun disobedience and mend their ways shall have nothing to fear, nor shall they grieve.
Urdu
(Aur yeh baat Allah ne aagaaz e takhleeq hi mein saaf farma di thi ke) aey bani Adam, yaad rakkho, agar tumhare paas khud tumhi mein se aisey Rasool aayein jo tumhein meri aayat suna rahey hon, to jo koi nafarmani se bachega aur apne rawayye ki islaah karlega uske liye kisi khauf aur ranjj ka mauqa nahin hai
Surah Ibrahim: 14 - Ayah: 4
Arabic
وَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَا مِنۡ رَّسُوۡلٍ اِلَّا بِلِسَانِ قَوۡمِهٖ لِيُبَيِّنَ لَهُمۡؕ فَيُضِلُّ اللّٰهُ مَنۡ يَّشَآءُ وَيَهۡدِىۡ مَنۡ يَّشَآءُ ؕ وَهُوَ الۡعَزِيۡزُ الۡحَكِيۡمُ
English
Never have We sent a Messenger but he has addressed his people in their language that he may fully expound his Message to them. (And after the Message is expounded), Allah lets go astray whomsoever He wills, and guides to the Right Way whomsoever He wills. He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
Urdu
Humne apna paigam dene ke liye jab kabhi koi Rasool bheja hai, usne apni qaum hi ki zubaan mein paigaam diya hai taa-ke woh unhein acchi tarah khol kar baat samjhaye. Phir Allah jisey chahta hai bhatka deta hai aur jisey chahta hai hidayat bakshta hai, woh baladast (galib/all powerful) aur hakeem hai
Surah Ibrahim: 14 - Ayah: 12
Arabic
وَمَا لَـنَاۤ اَلَّا نَـتَوَكَّلَ عَلَى اللّٰهِ وَقَدۡ هَدٰٮنَا سُبُلَنَاؕ وَلَــنَصۡبِرَنَّ عَلٰى مَاۤ اٰذَيۡتُمُوۡنَاؕ وَعَلَى اللّٰهِ فَلۡيَتَوَكَّلِ الۡمُتَوَكِّلُوۡنَ
English
And why should we not put our trust in Allah when it is indeed He Who has guided us to the ways of our life? We shall surely continue to remain steadfast in face of your persecution. All those who have to put trust, should put their trust only in Allah."
Urdu
Aur hum kyun na Allah par bharosa karein jabke hamari zindagi ki raahon mein usne hamari rehnumayi ki hai? Jo aziyatein (takleefein) tum log humein de rahey ho unpar hum sabr karenge aur bharosa karne walon ka bharosa Allah hi par hona chahiye”
Surah An-Nahl: 16 - Ayah: 35
Arabic
وَقَالَ الَّذِيۡنَ اَشۡرَكُوۡا لَوۡ شَآءَ اللّٰهُ مَا عَبَدۡنَا مِنۡ دُوۡنِهٖ مِنۡ شَىۡءٍ نَّحۡنُ وَلَاۤ اٰبَآؤُنَا وَلَا حَرَّمۡنَا مِنۡ دُوۡنِهٖ مِنۡ شَىۡءٍؕ كَذٰلِكَ فَعَلَ الَّذِيۡنَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِهِمۡۚ فَهَلۡ عَلَى الرُّسُلِ اِلَّا الۡبَلٰغُ الۡمُبِيۡنُ
English
Those who associate others with Allah in His Divinity say: "Were Allah to will so, neither we nor our forefathers would have worshipped any other than Him, nor would we have prohibited anything without His command." Their predecessors proffered similar excuses. Do the Messengers have any other duty but to plainly convey the Message?
Urdu
Yeh mushrikeen kehte hain “agar Allah chahta to na hum aur na hamare baap dada uske siwa kisi aur ki ibadat karte aur na uske hukum ke bagair kisi cheez ko haraam thehrate”. Aisey hi bahane insey pehle ke log bhi banate rahey hain to kya Rasoolon par saaf saaf baat pahuncha dene ke siwa aur bhi koi zimmedari hai
Surah An-Nahl: 16 - Ayah: 44
Arabic
بِالۡبَيِّنٰتِ وَالزُّبُرِؕ وَاَنۡزَلۡنَاۤ اِلَيۡكَ الذِّكۡرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ اِلَيۡهِمۡ وَلَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَفَكَّرُوۡنَ
English
We raised the Messengers earlier with Clear Signs and Divine Books, and We have now sent down this Reminder upon you that you may elucidate to people the teaching that has been sent down for them, and that the people may themselves reflect.
Urdu
Pichle Rasoolon ko bhi humne roshan nishaniyan aur kitabein de kar bheja tha, aur ab yeh zikr tumpar nazil kiya hai taa-ke tum logon ke saamne us taleem ki tashreeh o tawzeeh karte jao jo unke liye utari gayi hai, aur taa-ke log (khud bhi) gaur o fikr karein
Surah Ya-Sin: 36 - Ayah: 69
Arabic
وَمَا عَلَّمۡنٰهُ الشِّعۡرَ وَمَا يَنۡۢبَغِىۡ لَهٗؕ اِنۡ هُوَ اِلَّا ذِكۡرٌ وَّقُرۡاٰنٌ مُّبِيۡنٌۙ
English
We did not teach him (to wit, the Messenger) poetry and it does not behove him. This is none but an Admonition, and a Clear Book
Urdu
Humne is (Nabi) ko sher nahin sikhaya hai aur na shayari isko zeib hi deti hai, yeh to ek naseehat hai aur saaf padhi janey wali kitaab
Surah Ya-Sin: 36 - Ayah: 70
Arabic
لِّيُنۡذِرَ مَنۡ كَانَ حَيًّا وَّيَحِقَّ الۡقَوۡلُ عَلَى الۡكٰفِرِيۡنَ
English
that he may warn him who is alive and establish an argument against those that deny the Truth.
Urdu
Taa-ke woh har us shaks ko khabardar karde jo zinda ho aur inkar karne walon par hujjat qayam ho jaye
Surah Az-Zumar: 39 - Ayah: 71
Arabic
وَسِيۡقَ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡۤا اِلٰى جَهَنَّمَ زُمَرًا ؕ حَتّٰٓى اِذَا جَآءُوۡهَا فُتِحَتۡ اَبۡوَابُهَا وَقَالَ لَهُمۡ خَزَنَـتُهَاۤ اَلَمۡ يَاۡتِكُمۡ رُسُلٌ مِّنۡكُمۡ يَتۡلُوۡنَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ اٰيٰتِ رَبِّكُمۡ وَيُنۡذِرُوۡنَـكُمۡ لِقَآءَ يَوۡمِكُمۡ هٰذَا ؕ قَالُوۡا بَلٰى وَلٰـكِنۡ حَقَّتۡ كَلِمَةُ الۡعَذَابِ عَلَى الۡكٰفِرِيۡنَ
English
(After the judgement has been passed) the unbelievers shall be driven in companies to Hell so that when they arrive there, its gates shall be thrown open and its keepers shall say to them: “Did Messengers from among yourselves not come to you, rehearsing to you the Signs of your Lord and warning you against your meeting of this Day?” They will say: “Yes indeed; but the sentence of chastisement was bound to be executed against the unbelievers.”
Urdu
(Is faisle ke baad) woh log jinhon ne kufr kiya tha jahannum ki taraf giroh dar giroh haanke jayenge, yahan tak ke jab woh wahan pahunchenge to uske darwaze kholay jayenge aur uske kaarinde (keepers) unsey kahenge “kya tumhare paas tumhare apne logon mein se aisey Rasool nahin aaye thay, jinhon ne tumko tumhare Rubb ki aayat sunayi hon aur tumhein us baat se daraya ho ke ek waqt tumhein yeh din bhi dekhna hoga?” Woh jawab dengey “haan, aaye thay , magar azaab ka faisla kaafiron par chipak gaya”
Surah An-Najm: 53 - Ayah: 2
Arabic
مَا ضَلَّ صَاحِبُكُمۡ وَمَا غَوٰىۚ
English
your companion has neither strayed nor is he deluded;
Urdu
Tumhara rafeeq(companion) na bhatka hai na behka(deluded) hai
Surah An-Najm: 53 - Ayah: 3
Arabic
وَمَا يَنۡطِقُ عَنِ الۡهَوٰىؕ
English
nor does he speak out of his desire.
Urdu
Woh apni khwaish-e-nafs se nahin bolta
Surah An-Najm: 53 - Ayah: 4
Arabic
اِنۡ هُوَ اِلَّا وَحۡىٌ يُّوۡحٰىۙ
English
This is nothing but a revelation that is conveyed to him,
Urdu
Yeh to ek wahee (Inspiration /revelation) hai jo uspar nazil ki jati hai
Surah Al-Haqqah: 69 - Ayah: 38
Arabic
فَلَاۤ اُقۡسِمُ بِمَا تُبۡصِرُوۡنَۙ
English
But no; I swear by what you see,
Urdu
Pas nahin, main qasam khata hoon un cheezon ki bhi jo tum dekhte ho
Surah Al-Haqqah: 69 - Ayah: 39
Arabic
وَمَا لَا تُبۡصِرُوۡنَۙ
English
and by what you do not see,
Urdu
Aur unki bhi jinhein tum nahin dekhte
Surah Al-Haqqah: 69 - Ayah: 40
Arabic
اِنَّهٗ لَقَوۡلُ رَسُوۡلٍ كَرِيۡمٍۚ ۙ
English
that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger,
Urdu
Yeh ek Rasool-e-kareem ka qaul ( speech ) hai
Surah Al-Haqqah: 69 - Ayah: 41
Arabic
وَّمَا هُوَ بِقَوۡلِ شَاعِرٍؕ قَلِيۡلًا مَّا تُؤۡمِنُوۡنَۙ
English
not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe!
Urdu
Kisi shayar ka qaul nahin hai, tumlog kam hi iman latey ho
Surah Al-Haqqah: 69 - Ayah: 42
Arabic
وَلَا بِقَوۡلِ كَاهِنٍؕ قَلِيۡلًا مَّا تَذَكَّرُوۡنَؕ
English
Nor is this the speech of a soothsayer. Little do you reflect!
Urdu
Aur na yeh kisi kaahin(soothsayer) ka qaul hai , tum log kam hi gaur karte ho
Surah Al-Haqqah: 69 - Ayah: 43
Arabic
تَنۡزِيۡلٌ مِّنۡ رَّبِّ الۡعٰلَمِيۡنَ
English
It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe.
Urdu
Yeh Rabb-ul alameen ki taraf se nazil huwa hai
Surah Al-Haqqah: 69 - Ayah: 44
Arabic
وَلَوۡ تَقَوَّلَ عَلَيۡنَا بَعۡضَ الۡاَقَاوِيۡلِۙ
English
And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us,
Urdu
Aur agar is (Nabi) ne khud ghad kar koi baat hamari taraf mansook ki hoti
Surah Al-Haqqah: 69 - Ayah: 45
Arabic
لَاَخَذۡنَا مِنۡهُ بِالۡيَمِيۡنِۙ
English
We would surely have seized him by the right hand,
Urdu

ثُمَّ لَقَطَعۡنَا مِنۡهُ الۡوَتِيۡنَ ۖ
English
and then severed his life vein;
Urdu
Aur iski rag-e-gardan (life vein) kaat daalte
Surah Al-Haqqah: 69 - Ayah: 47
Arabic
فَمَا مِنۡكُمۡ مِّنۡ اَحَدٍ عَنۡهُ حَاجِزِيۡنَ
English
and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so.
Urdu
Phir tum mein se koi (humein)is kaam se rokne wala na hota

وَاِنَّهٗ لَتَذۡكِرَةٌ لِّلۡمُتَّقِيۡنَ
English
Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing.
