Which is the only Book if not followed then the Prophet will complain to Allah against his people?

وہ کون سی واحد کتاب ہے جس پر عمل نہ کرنے پر رسول اللہ سے اپنی قوم کی شکایت کرینگے؟

Surah Al-Furqan: 25 - Ayah: 30
Arabic
وَقَالَ الرَّسُوۡلُ يٰرَبِّ اِنَّ قَوۡمِى اتَّخَذُوۡا هٰذَا الۡقُرۡاٰنَ مَهۡجُوۡرًا‏ 
English
And the Messenger will say: "My Lord! My own people had made this Qur'an an object of laughter."

Aur Rasool kahega ke “Aey mere Rubb, meri qaum ke logon ne is Quran ko nishana tadheek bana liya tha (the object of their ridicule)”
